What is Your Mount Everest?

Ever feel like you're in a relentless race, always chasing, always rushing to get to the life you’re supposed to have? ✨

➡️ Pause. ⏸️

➡️ Breathe. 🌬️

➡️ Imagine a life where the only person you compare yourself to is the person you were yesterday. 🌱

Here’s some food for thought:

👁️ Erik Weihenmayer lost his eyesight at a young age. Notwithstanding that, he has gone on to become the first blind person to reach the summit of Mount Everest and complete the Seven Summits, climbing the highest peak on each of the seven continents. 🏔️

Erik's journey wasn't just about reaching the summits; it was about shattering perceptions, including his own. 🏔️💥 Can you imagine the barriers that he could have come up against? Can you imagine what would have happened if he allowed the "norms" to dictate what was and was not possible for him?

What's your Everest? 🤔 Remember, the only person truly capable of stopping you... is you. 🚫👤

Envision a life unrestrained by the judgments, fears or wants of others, a life where your achievements are measured not by comparison with others, but by the joy and growth they bring specifically to you. 🎉🌟 That's the uninhibited life. That’s when you really start living. 💫
