Over the next 4 days, we will look at several practical steps that you can take on your path out of the shadows of shame.šŸš¶ā€ā™‚ļøšŸŒž

Day 1: Unraveling Toxic Beliefs 🌱

šŸ” Exercise: The Belief Mapping Technique

1ļøāƒ£ Reflect & Write šŸ““šŸ’: Find a quiet corner, grab your journal, and dive deep. Reflect on those lingering negative beliefs that whisper tales of shame. šŸ—£ļøšŸ‘¤ Jot them all down. "It's shameful to want more," "Failure equals defeat," ā€œI should keep my head down and not seek attention,ā€ etc.

2ļøāƒ£ Challenge & Rewrite āœļøšŸ”„: Now, for each dark belief, shine a light with a counterstatement. Transform "It's shameful to want more" into "Seeking more is my right and pathway to growth," šŸŒŸšŸ›¤ļø "Failure is my teacher, guiding me to success," šŸ“ššŸ’” and so forth.

3ļøāƒ£ Affirm Daily šŸ—£ļøšŸ’–: Pick one counterstatement each morning. Let this be your mantra of the day, echoing in your heart whenever doubt creeps in. šŸŒˆšŸ“£

šŸ‘€ By dissecting and challenging our internal narratives (which may or may not be wrong, and which may or may not be protecting us), we're not just questioning them; we're rewriting our stories towards self-love and acceptance. šŸ“–ā¤ļøšŸŒæ

Tomorrow, we'll dive into shedding survival tactics and accepting our true selves. Ready to transform shame into empowerment? Let's do this together! šŸ’ŖšŸŒŸšŸ”„
