Day 1: Unraveling Toxic Beliefs ๐ŸŒฑ


๐Ÿ” Exercise: The Belief Mapping Technique


1๏ธโƒฃ Reflect & Write ๐Ÿ““๐Ÿ’ญ: Find a quiet corner, grab your journal, and dive deep. Reflect on those lingering negative beliefs that whisper tales of shame. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ค Jot them all down. "It's shameful to want more," "Failure equals defeat," โ€œI should keep my head down and not seek attention,โ€ etc.


2๏ธโƒฃ Challenge & Rewrite โœ๏ธ๐Ÿ”„: Now, for each dark belief, shine a light with a counterstatement. Transform "It's shameful to want more" into "Seeking more is my right and pathway to growth," ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ›ค๏ธ "Failure is my teacher, guiding me to success," ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ก and so forth.


3๏ธโƒฃ Affirm Daily ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ’–: Pick one counterstatement each morning. Let this be your mantra of the day, echoing in your heart whenever doubt creeps in. ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ“ฃ
